A cost-benefit analysis of the Bay Delta Conservation Plan will be conducted to provide a more complete picture of the proposed project’s costs and economic benefits, according to a news release issued by the State Water Contractors.
A spokesman for the California Natural Resources Agency confirmed that such a study will be conducted, and said the agency has been working on the scope and details of that analysis for the past couple of months.
