More than 30 mandarin growers throughout Placer County will open up their farms to visitors during Orchard Days on Saturday — and twice more in December and January.
Mountain Mandarin Orchard Days take place rain or shine Dec. 1, 2, 15 and 16 and again on Jan. 19. Most growers are open between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Individual farms will feature local mandarins, food, cooking demonstrations, handcrafted items, kids activities, farm animals, music and more.
